The Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® regularly compiles statistical data on the region's housing industry. Figures are available on a monthly basis. Included with the most recent available figures is historical data to illustrate patterns of real estate activity. Current figures listed are Sales Under Contract (list price) and Completed Sales.
