Through SCCAOR's lobbying efforts, we keep our government officials informed, encouraging laws that protect private property rights. In addition, we fight to limit government intrusion, maintain an open market place, and thereby enhancing your ability to do business successfully. Our Government Affairs and Advocacy Programs at the local, state and federal level helps you on a day-to-day basis to keep more of what you earn, reduces your liability and lowers your insurance costs.

SCCAOR provides services to help protect your clients, yourself and your commissions through CAR Legal Services and Risk Management programs. Services include the free Legal Hotline, Legal Q & A's available on-line, Legal Briefs, and standard forms. Additionally, SCCAOR offers our members complete in-house professional standards services including mediation and arbitration, as well as E&O insurance.
