1. Please fill-out the SCCAOR and MLS Listings Applications completely. Remember to have your Broker sign and date the bottom of pages three and four (Designated Broker signature line) on the SCCAOR application and the line that says Broker participant acceptance on the MLS Listings New Subscriber Form. We will only accept ORIGINAL SIGNATURES.
Please note: if you are purchasing a Supra Key, you must subscribe to MLS Listings service.
2. Once you have completed the application(s), and are ready to join, you can join Monday through Friday, 8:30am.- 4:00pm. Please expect the application process to take 40-60 minutes. To expedite processing of your application fax your application to the Membership Department at (408) 445-7766.
SCCAOR new member sign ups are by appointment only.
How to schedule an appointment:
1. New members need to call a membership coordinators at 408-445-8500, and schedule an appointment. Appointments are scheduled between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm and the application process could take up to an hour.
2. Fax your completed application, with your Broker's signatures, at least 24-hours prior to your appointment date to 408-445-7766.
3. Late applicants will need to reschedule their appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, please call the membership department to reschedule at 408-445-8500. |
