C.A.R. stands ready to assist REALTORS®
who have been impacted by the 2008 wildfires through its Disaster Relief
Fund. Grants provided by the fund are used to help members of the
REALTOR® family -- REALTORS®, their staff, and Association members and
their staff -- who have incurred substantial losses due to wildfires and
other disasters by distributing grants of $1,000 to $10,000.
If you are a REALTOR® who has been impacted by the wildfires, you may make an application to request a grant from the C.A.R. Disaster Relief Fund by calling Elizabeth de Carteret at (213) 739-8308 or e-mail to: elizabethd@car.org.

Benefit. ePUBS™ for WINForms® is an add-on WINForms® library
containing both consumer and mandated disclosure publications, including
the Combined Hazards Book. The unique feature of ePUBS™ for WINForms® is
the separate, two-page signature document that, when emailed in
conjunction with the Combined Hazards Book, ensures compliance with
California disclosure law and promotes good green practices.
For the first time in its 100-year history,
the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR) is sponsoring a float in the
Tournament of Roses
Parade.
REALTORS® are encouraged to help decorate the float, which is based on the
story of the Swiss Family Robinson and highlights the importance of working
together to accomplish a common goal.
The theme of this year’s parade is “Hats off to Entertainment” and Emmy® and Oscar® Award-winning actress Cloris Leachman will serve as the Grand Marshall.
