SCCAOR offers open tours on Wednesdays for areas 2,12-17 and Thursdays for areas 3-11,18-19. Members, please continue to utilize the T1 field in MLS Listings to have your property listed on the Open Tour.

How do I access the properties on tour?
The information will be available by logging into MLS Listings, clicking on either Customize Search (to save this field to your search home page) or Advanced Search. Choose Display by Alphabet and the 1st Tour Date will show at the top of the list. Select 1st Tour Date and enter the date of the tour you are searching

Do I have to stay at the property between 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.?
No. We know that you have a busy schedule. We want to make it convenient as possible, simply put your property on tour using the T1 line.

How do I put my property on tour?
Wednesday tour: To put your listing on open tour, simply enter the tour date on the T1 line by 6: 00 p.m. on Monday.
Thursday tour: To put your listing on open tour enter the date on the T1 line by 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

When will the tour sheet be posted online?
Wednesday tour: posted by noon on Tuesday
Thursday tour: posted by noon on Wednesday

Can we put the same property on tour every week?
Yes, you can put the same property on tour as many weeks in a row as you would like.

Can we put our property on both open tour and caravan?
Yes, SCCAOR gives you choices

Are all classes of property allowed on tour?
Yes, all types of property are welcome on open tour.

What is the cost?
There is no cost.

If I am also a member of SILVAR, which association tour rules do I follow?
SCCAOR has recently condensed its rules regarding our Open Tours, therefore, if you are also a member of SILVAR it may be advisable that you follow their tour guidelines as they have more requirements.
