Q. I am having trouble logging in to the SCCAOR website.
1. REALTOR® Members; be sure you are using your DRE number as your Username, and the last four digits of your SSN as your password.
2. REALTOR® Members; try adding or taking away a zero'0' in front of your DRE number (License #). This is dependent upon how your data was initially entered. If you need more information or would like us to update this in our records, please contact the IT Department at 408-215-7490.
3. REALTOR® Members; it is possible that we do not have your SSN on file, if this is the case contact us so we can update your records.
4. Affiliate Members; be sure you are using your NRDS number as your
Username and that your last name is entered in small characters
5. Affiliate Members; be sure your CAPS lock key is turned off
Q. How can I sign up for the Online Newsletter?
Click here to signup to receive our bi-monthly, online newsletter. New members are automatically signed up when you join SCCAOR.
Q. I am having trouble with WINForms or RELAY.

Q. Can I get a WinForms CD to install on my computer?
Winforms is available via download only, from http://www.winforms.com/. If you are having trouble downloading, please call WinForms technical support at 213-739-8265.
Q. I am having trouble logging in to the MLS Listings/MLS website.
SCCAOR is your association and board only. Please contact MLS Listings for any login or MLS questions at 408-873-0200.
Q. I want to advertise on your website/newsletter, who should I contact?
Please contact our Public Relations Coordinator at 408-445-5095 for any advertising questions.
Q. I am having trouble with paying my dues, signing up for an education class, or signing up for an event.
The section of our website that changes to MARKETLINX.com, is currently only compatible with Internet Explorer and Opera web browsers. We are currently working with our database vendor to expand their compatibility to other browsers, but are not supported at this time. Call Tech Support at 408-215-7400 for assistance.
Q. Where can I find documents for committees I belong to?
Our committee documents are located in the "How Do I Get Involved" section found under the "Quick Links" menu buttons. You must be logged in to view/access this section, and be an existing committee member to use the committee documents page.
Q. I found a problem with the site that is not in the FAQ’s, can I tell you about it?
We are always open to suggestions and input in making our new website as problem free as possible. Please send a clear and concise email, with examples to webmaster@sccaor.com or use our Ask SCCAOR function.
