SCCAOR sponsored Tour and Marketing Sessions (Broker Tour Meetings) are open to REALTORS® of any Association and Affiliate members of SCCAOR.
Wednesday
Wednesday Open Tour: Areas 2, 12-17 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm- To put a listing on the Open Tour, enter the date into the T1 field before 6 pm on the Monday before Wednesday’s Open Tour.
To search MLSListings, Inc. for properties on the Wednesday and Thursday Open Tours you must first log on to your MLSListings, Inc. account at www.pro.mlslistings.com and follow the instructions below:
Step One: You need to add the “Area” and “1st Tour Date” field as an option. If you already have these fields in your search menu, proceed with Step Two, otherwise click on “Customize Quick Search” on the upper right hand corner. On the left column click on “Area” and “1st Tour Date” field and click on “Save”
Step Two: Quick Search tab, enter the date (mm/dd/yy) of the tour in “1st Tour Date” field and enter area number or numbers (12-15 or 2, 12) then click “Search"
Be sure to select the areas and criteria you are interested in searching and enter the Wednesday or Thursday tour date in the “1st Tour Date” field to search.
Area 1 – Morgan Hill/Gilroy
Meet at 8:30 am at the Morgan Hill Community Center, 17000 Monterey Rd, located at the corner of Dunne and Monterey Highway.
This is an Open Tour format. To place your listing on tour put the Wednesday date in the T1 field and “SCCAOR” in the Association field, by 12 pm Tuesday. Tour hours are from 9:30 am ~ 12:00 pm. Log-in to view the current toursheet.

Meeting at 8:30 am, at BJ'S Restaurant & Brewhouse, located at 925 Blossom Hill Road.
