H.E.L.P. - Housing Education and Loan Program

The Housing Education and Loan Program (H.E.L.P.) instructs REALTORS on the variety of housing assistance programs designed to assist the First Time Homeowner.

The program consists of two sessions, a morning and a afternoon. In the morning session you will be introduced to the variety of City & Assistance programs. In the afternoon session, you will shown how all these programs can be tied together. 

Come learn about the State, County & City financial assistance programs as well as programs from non-profit organizations available to first time homebuyers. Learn about loan layering, and the proper way to structure your offers in order to get your clients into their new homes. This seminar includes a continental breakfast & lunch, provided by our sponsor Countrywide Home Loans.
