Key to the Santa Clara County Statistics
County: The County column displays the county code.
Area/City: The Area/City column displays the code for the city or area.
Cur Inv: Current Inventory is the count of properties with status equal to 1, 2, and 3.
No. of Closed Sales: The Number of Closed Sales is the count of properties sold, status 5 only.
%LP Rec'd: Percentage of List Price Received is the sum of the sold prices divided by the sum of the list prices multiplied by 100. This column is empty for Annual reports.
Med. Price: Median Price is the sales price of the property that falls in the middle of all the sold properties.
Avg. Price: Average Price is the sum of the sales prices divided by the number of sales.
Avg. DOM: Average Days On Market is the sum of the DOM for sold properties divided by the count of sold properties.
New Listings: New Listings is the count of listings with a list date within the month being reported.
