Join the Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation this Saturday to help clean up Fontana Park!
Officer Jeffrey Fontana was a San Jose police officer who was killed in the line of duty on October 28, 2001. In remembrance of his life and service, the City of San Jose developed a Memorial Garden named in honor of Officer Fontana.
Two times a year, volunteers from the Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation get together to clean up the park – trimming bushes, raking leaves, pulling weeds, light landscaping work – to ensure that the park continues to be an enjoyable gathering place for San Jose families.
Tools, supplies, and breakfast/coffee will be provided, so you only need to bring yourself and a friend! Many hands make light work, so please come help us make a positive impact in the community while also honoring our fallen public servants.
