As part of your member benefits, SCCAOR Tech Support provides assistance on technology related issues at no cost*. Trained, professional support techs will provide hardware, software and network support. We also offer customized technical assistance by appointment where you work directly with a tech team to address your technical needs**.

Common technical services provided are:

  • PC hardware diagnostics, installation & repair
  • Software installation & troubleshooting
  • Virus protection & recovery

Members will have access to:

  • Drop-off service at our facility.
  • The Support desk for phone support.
  • Referrals to reputable technology specialist for members needing higher level assistance.
