C.A.R. recommends that all complainants reach out to the Ombudsman Assistance info line prior to filing a complaint. An Ombudsman can assist in dispute resolution efforts. Ombudsmen are volunteers and not attorney nor lawyers. (Members of the Public and REALTOR® members)
