Tour FAQ

SCCAOR sponsored Tour and Marketing Sessions (Broker’s Open Tour Meetings)

Broker’s Open Tour Meetings are open to REALTORS® of any Association and Affiliate members of SCCAOR.
SCCAOR offers open tours on Wednesdays for areas 2 – 23.
Members, please continue to utilize the T1 field in MLS Listings to have your property listed on the Open Tour.

What is Friday Connect?

It is a informational forum which includes speakers once/twice per month and an opportunity to network with fellow agents and affiliates. We welcome anyone who has an active listing or one coming onto the market to pitch their listing and bring flyers. You may also invite the attendees to see you after the meeting to coordinate showings. To request to be added to the weekly agenda distribution list please email Mo@WisePlaces.com.

How do I access the properties on tour?

To search for tour, you can either search in Matrix or Paragon.

In Matrix, click on the “Search” tab and scroll down to the tour section and click on “Quick”. Once there, select the sponsor (Santa Clara County Association of Realtors®), the tour (ex. “Milpitas/Berryessa/Santa Clara/Alviso”) the date and click search.

In Paragon, go to Search and select “Tour And Open House”. Once there, select the date, tour and area number and click on “Search.”

Do I have to stay at the property?

We recommend your presence during the tour. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage.

How do I put my property on tour?

To put your listing on open tour, simply enter the tour date on the T1 line by 12 noon on Tuesday.  Note: Mobile Home listings can not be listed on tour.

In order for your property to make the tour cutoff, it needs to be entered the previous day of tour at noon. If the previous day before tour is a holiday, then the tour cutoff is an extra day before. Example: Tour is on Tuesday, the normal cutoff is the previous Monday at noon. If Monday is a holiday, the new cutoff becomes the previous Friday at noon.

When will the tour sheet be posted online?

Posted by 3 p.m. on Tuesday.

Can we put the same property on tour every week?

No. Re-tours are only allowed after 60 days of a 5% price reduction since it was last toured.

Are all classes of property allowed on tour?

Yes, except mobile homes.

What is the cost?

There is no cost.

If I am also a member of SILVAR, which association tour rules do I follow?
