Mission Statement
The purpose of the South County REALTORS® Alliance is to serve it’s membership in developing and promoting programs and services that will enhance the members freedom and ability to conduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency, and through collective action, to promote the preservation of real property rights.
The South County REALTORS® Alliance (SCRA) is a real estate networking group comprised of full-time and part-time professional REALTORS®. SCRA was formed to provide exposure to our listed properties for sale and to better serve our buyers and the community they live in. We have been providing professional real estate services, educational opportunities, and community support to our local community for over 40 years. Educational opportunities include locally-held ongoing classes for REALTOR® and Affiliates sponsored by SCRA as well as classes sponsored and promoted by local mortgage and title companies.
To join SCRA, you must be a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.). To be one of our affiliates, you must be an affiliate member of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR).

President’s Message
Steve Barsanti – 2026 SCRA President

Hello and welcome to SCRA 2026! I’m Steve Barsanti, and I am honored and excited to be your president for the coming year.
South County is home to some of the most productive real estate agents in Santa Clara County, and it is a privilege to hold this position. However, what impresses me most is not just our work ethic, but our deep passion for the community. While we may compete for work, we consistently unite to support our community.
Year after year, we demonstrate this commitment by supporting local charities and helping to feed families during the holiday season through our CanTree fundraising. These efforts include collecting hundreds of pounds of food and raising vital funds for local food banks. Furthermore, our Golf For Graduates Golf Tournament and other fundraising initiatives provide scholarships for local high school graduates. Giving back to our community is a core belief of this association.
This year, my theme for the association will be Engagement and Involvement. While we have achieved great success, I believe we’ve seen a decline in member participation. My primary goal is to reinvigorate our association and encourage more members to actively participate in our daily efforts.
I look forward to a successful and involved year with all of you. Cheers!
Steve Barsanti
