The 2026 REAL Awards honor REALTORS® who rank in the top 1%, 3%, 5%, and 10% in sales units or volume among all Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR) members for 2025.

The REAL Awards—Real Estate Achievements & Leadership—are the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS®’ formal recognition of outstanding sales production and industry leadership. We are proud to publicly celebrate the top-producing agents, brokers, and teams who have demonstrated exceptional performance, dedication, and integrity.

Award recipients must have been SCCAOR members in 2025, be current members at the time of recognition, and have no outstanding Code of Ethics violations. This award is neither requested nor paid for.

To put this achievement into perspective, SCCAOR represents more than 6,600 active members. Earning a REAL Award is a true testament to the trust, commitment, and work ethic of these outstanding REALTORS®.
