Mission Statement
The purpose of the South County REALTORS® Alliance is to serve it’s membership in developing and promoting programs and services that will enhance the members freedom and ability to conduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency, and through collective action, to promote the preservation of real property rights.
The South County REALTORS® Alliance (SCRA) is a real estate networking group comprised of full-time and part-time professional REALTORS®. SCRA was formed to provide exposure to our listed properties for sale and to better serve our buyers and the community they live in. We have been providing professional real estate services, educational opportunities, and community support to our local community for over 40 years. Educational opportunities include locally-held ongoing classes for REALTOR® and Affiliates sponsored by SCRA as well as classes sponsored and promoted by local mortgage and title companies.
To join SCRA, you must be a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.). To be one of our affiliates, you must be an affiliate member of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR).

President’s Message
Lori Robitaille Biasca – 2023 SCRA President
It is my absolute pleasure to represent the South County REALTORS® Alliance membership as the 2023 President. I am humbled by the support that has surrounded me the past few years as I’ve served on the board, and now as your current President.
It is my utmost mission to bring valuable content, support to our SCRA members, fun, and continued successful fundraising with the wonderful team of board members we’ve compiled this year!
I have no doubt that our south county group of REALTORS®, lenders, title and affiliates will continue to impress the larger board, SCCAOR, with our mighty magic.
YOU, the members of SCRA, are why we are known in the halls of SCCAOR and respected for our efforts as a tiny board of just over 300 plus members. Our fundraising efforts rivals and often tops that of the greater and larger boards around us and that is truly a reason to be proud. Of course, none of this is able to happen without the volunteerism that the board and our members work so hard to achieve. We truly have a great group of members here in Area 1! I am especially proud to be your President this year and continue that reign!
We’ll kick off the year with a different style of inauguration at Kelly’s Brew Co, happy hour style and less expensive to attend than prior years.
Our annual golf tournament that raises amazing funds for our south county graduates has been moved to May this year.
We’re planning a mid-year fundraising effort that will be new to the SCRA family. More details on that will emerge as the year progresses. And then of course, we’ll have your favorites return in the fall; the pumpkin auction, bake sale, Can Tree Barrel drive and weekly themed holiday raffles all culminating in the last “fun”draising event we end the year with, our annual Can Tree Holiday Breakfast. All these efforts help to fund our community efforts blessing the south county students and local food banks, St. Joseph’s & St. Catherine’s churches, Rebekah’s Children & Community Solutions].
We are delighted to have you as a member of our wonderful South County REALTORS® Alliance. We invite you to get as involved as you possibly can. There are volunteer opportunities year-round. Feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns. Our board meets monthly and we aim to serve you, our members first and overall, the community at large!
