Santa Clara County Housing Statistics Month of August

In August, Santa Clara County single-family residence median home price reached $1,850,000 representing a -1.6% decrease year-over-year. Compared with July, the median home price decreased by -2.6% month-over-month, highlighting how pricing shifted as the summer market progressed. Single-Family Residence Sales totaled 624 a -13.6% year-over-year change and -12.2% month-over-month change from July. Average Days on Market stood at 25 days compared to 27 in July and 26 a year ago.
