In September, Santa Clara County single-family residence median home price landed at $1,880,000 representing a -4% decrease year-over-year. Compared with August, the median home price increased by +1.6% month-over-month, highlighting how pricing shifted as the fall market progressed. Single-Family Residence Sales totaled 726 a +3.7% year-over-year change and +16.3% month-over-month change from August. Average Days on Market increased to 27 days compared to 25 in August and 25 a year ago.
