The Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation has now awarded its 7th $10,000 Down Payment Assistance Grant, bringing our 2026 impact to $70,000 in grants for first-time homebuyers. Each grant represents more than financial assistance—it’s a step toward stability, opportunity, and a place to call home. We’re proud to continue investing in individuals, families, and the future of our communities.

We're grateful to the Santa Clara County REALTOR® Foundation for giving back to Loved Twice and helping provide essential clothing to babies and families in need. Through a generous $5,000 donation and time spent volunteering, SCCRF helped support Loved Twice's mission of providing a year's worth of clothing to at-risk newborns. Each "wardrobe-in-a-box" includes enough gently used clothing to help keep a baby warm, clean, and comfortable throughout their first year of life. With more than 800,000 garments collected each year, Loved Twice continues to make a meaningful difference for families facing financial hardship. Compared with August, the median home price increased by +1.6% month-over-month, highlighting how pricing shifted as the fall market progressed. Single-Family Residence Sales totaled 726 a +3.7% year-over-year change and +16.3% month-over-month change from August.
